Is your laptop overheating too? Then follow these instructions

Nowadays, it is almost impossible to find a person who does not use a laptop or any other computer. Many people use computers especially for office work and for studying. Even there, many people use laptops. Because it is easy to use.

Now, like any electronic gadget, there are some problems that can come up very easily in a laptop. Here are the common problems that can be caused by high temperatures. Yes, a laptop generates heat when it is working. But any laptop has a mechanism to remove the heat generated to some extent. Some modern laptops have very efficient heat reduction mechanisms. But one thing: whatever the mechanism, there are things we can do to prevent a laptop from overheating. In fact, the practical things that can be done are not only to fix the problems that may occur on the laptop but also to extend the lifespan of the laptop.

So, let's see what practical things we can do to reduce the heat while working with the laptop!

1. Cooling pads

Generally, if a laptop is used regularly, it is very wise to invest in a cooling pad when buying the laptop. If you want a good cooling pad, it will cost about three or four thousand rupees. But a good cooling pad does two things. One, the fans on the cooling pad, powered by USB, provide extra help in removing the heat from the laptop. That is in addition to the cooling fans in the laptop. In addition, when we place the laptop on a cooling pad, the laptop rises above the surface on which it is placed. It also allows the heat of the laptop to be removed by convection. Sometimes, even when the fans of the cooling pad are not working, keeping the laptop raised from the surface helps to remove the heat from the laptop.

2. Don'tuse continuous in 365 days!

Some people have to do all their office work and study work from their laptops. That is understandable. Especially in working from home arrangements these days, the laptop is on day and night. But it is not so good for the life of the laptop. why? There is no time when the laptop is turned off, it does not have time to cool down. Even if you are a human being, if you work without sleep for a day or two, won't the system go haywire? It is true that a laptop can be used to work continuously for a long time. But it increases the heat of the laptop rapidly. So, give the laptop a little rest at least once a day. Especially when you need to take a rest, hibernate your laptop instead of leaving it on.

3. Do not cover the places where the heat escapes!

It is for this reason that it is recommended to use a cooling pad or something like that that is raised a little above the surface where the laptop is placed. Like the laptop's fans, there are openings for ventilation, that is, for the heat to escape. Then, the way the laptop is placed, that opening is covered, which means that the main way of efficiently escaping the heat generated when the laptop is running is blocked. Therefore, always keep the laptop in such a way that the vents are not obstructed. It means that you should not keep the books in a bunker around the laptop. Keep the laptop in a convenient place.

4. In hot weather

Now we don't live in Europe. We live in an equatorial country. As a country near the equator, we usually have to face extreme temperatures for a considerable period of the year. Then not only us, the electronic gadgets and budgets that we use, including the laptop, also have to face the temperature problem. But we cannot change the weather. But we can do something like this. One is to choose a place with a slightly lower temperature if you will be using the laptop continuously. Also, giving the laptop a rest without running continuously on hot days.

5. Don't pull weights!

Anyone who uses a laptop should understand that even when a laptop is heavily loaded, it starts to heat up quickly. Therefore, we have to advise you not to pull your laptop unnecessarily. That means, the machine is going to get stuck and run a lot of work at once, and the laptop starts to heat up unimaginably. As the central processing unit of the laptop heats up, the speed of the laptop's fan also increases. But there is a limit to it. Then what happens is that the more the laptop gets upset, the more the heat increases!

6. A clean-up

We have finally said to service the laptop at least once a year to minimize the problem of this laptop heating up. But that means physical servicing. Before that, we want to clean the operating system of the laptop. For example, it is essential to check the laptop once in a while, remove unnecessary software, and remove suspicious software anyway. After that, a disk clean-up, a disk-defragmentation, and if the hard drive is full before jumping to the red slot if the load is reduced a little, it will also help to prevent the laptop from heating up.

7. Servicing

This is something that many of us do not do, but if we do, the lifespan of the laptop will be extended beyond imagination. That means servicing the laptop from time to time. It doesn't matter if you do this once a year. If you don't have the knowledge, you can go to a good laptop repair technician. What needs to be done is to remove the dirt and dust accumulated inside the laptop, remove the dust that is bound to cover the above-mentioned openings that we have made for the air circulation of the laptop, and put a service road. If we know computer work, we can actually do it ourselves. Get that handheld vacuum cleaner, it's even easier!

The best trick that gives more quality to your LinkedIn profile

Many people know that LinkedIn is a social network for professionals. Technically, it's not a lie. But those who have used LinkedIn know that LinkedIn is much more than that. I strongly believe most blog readers among us know about social network websites.

For those who don't know what LinkedIn is, please go and read about the importance of a LinkedIn account.  Now LinkedIn is a tool worth gold if used properly, not only for job seekers, and people hiring people for a job but also for professionals who are currently employed. We have already told you how to create a perfect LinkedIn profile for any professional.  We're going to tell you about some more tricks that are useful to increase the quality of your LinkedIn profile to be a super-quality bullet in the LinkedIn game.

01. LinkedIn Skill Assessment

This is a feature that has recently come to LinkedIn. That is, after evaluating some of their skills through a question-and-answer method, if they get a good score, they will be added to their LinkedIn profile. This is especially true if an employer has posted that a certain skill is required for the job. For example, let's say SEO knowledge. Now, if we just put it under skills in the CV, someone interviewing us will have to take our word for it. But LinkedIn asks us a set of questions about SEO. You have to choose the correct answer from the multiple-choice answers. Then when we answer those questions correctly, if we get a good number of marks, our profile will be higher among the other profiles that have applied for that job.

02. Job Posting Keywords

Let's say we want to find our dream job. Let's assume that we are developing the necessary skills. Then the best thing we can do is to first search for the job we want on LinkedIn jobs. Now see what are the keywords in those job listings. For example, SEO, and WordPress can be sent. Now we can learn skills related to those keywords and, more importantly, add them to our LinkedIn profiles. Then, when the job postings related to our dream job fall, our LinkedIn profile gets a good priority.

03. A message to the recruiter

Generally, people like hiring managers and human resources managers in high-level companies are definitely on Linkedin. Now that we have applied for a job, is it okay to find such a person and message him through Linkedin? No problem. Most of the time, the job listing itself says who is doing the hiring part of the company in question. It can be the same person posting the job. Let's do a little research and find out. Next, don't message that person on Linkedin. A more professional and clear message should be given. For example, there can be several parts in that message. (1) Who are you and why are you messaging, (2) What are your qualifications, experience, and skills, (3) What is your vision? That's enough.

04. Tell your story

In fact, in the past when creating a Linkedin account, it was just entering qualifications and details, just like writing a resume. But these trends are changing rapidly. For example, nowadays the more interesting the overview, the better. Therefore, you need to have all your professional information and qualifications in your Linkedin account. But rather than just listing them, they need to tell a story about you. The more interesting the story is, the more likely you are to be selected for a job. For example, even include your cover photo to match your profession. Also, when writing about your past experiences, include them as an interesting story.

05. What do you do outside of work?

Linkedin is purely a professional network. Technically, professional information is required in a Linkedin profile. But more than that, if you can give a little human touch to your Linkedin profile, it would be better. For example, there is no problem mentioning your hobbies, what you like to do in your spare time, and the social service activities you do in your Linkedin profile. But remember the above-mentioned matter. Your Linkedin account should tell an interesting story about you. There, it is more important how you are in real life than those false boasts. For example, even a photo of decorating the garden with your girlfriend can be posted on your Linkedin account with a proper caption. It can also get good value for the profile.

06. Number of followers for yourself

In the past, Linkedin was more like a fancy resume that contained your professional information. But not anymore. Currently, Linkedin is a platform that has come to a place that best fits the definition of a professional social media network. So, don't just create your account on Linkedin, get active on it. Publish posts, and build a network. But remember, this is not Facebook or Twitter. That's why, search for the world's top-level entrepreneurs, managers, and CEOs on Linkedin and see what content they share and post. Then, you will have an idea of what kind of things to post on Linkedin to build your professional image. Now when you maintain such an active Linkedin account, you will get a good number of followers. Because, when we post such good posts, Linkedin suggests our posts to other people who have an interest related to those posts.

07. A Premier Account

LinkedIn is a free service. But there is also a part that can be obtained by paying money. That means LinkedIn Premier. Actually, even though a free LinkedIn account, one can find a good job and create a successful professional portfolio. But with LinkedIn Premier, which needs to be paid monthly, a professional can get a severe benefit in the job market. But don't hesitate to subscribe to LinkedIn Premier right away. Read the previous article and this one carefully and put these tips into practice. Bring your LinkedIn profile to the maximum quality level. Be specific about the job you want to do. Now go for a Premier subscription only if everything is ready. The first month is free. Also, there are various discounts for Premier accounts. Ask a little about LinkedIn help. And this is the most important thing. You don't always have to have a LinkedIn Premier account. If used properly, it would last a month!

Cheers!

VIRAL HOT TOPIC: The Woman Who MARRIED Herself

In the last few years, sologamy or wedding ceremonies where people marry themselves have started to happen like a wave in Western countries. It has now come to India as well. Kshama Bindu, who lives in Vadodara in the western state of Gujarat, recently got married in a traditional Hindu ceremony.

On June 8th, she dressed in a red wedding dress, put henna in her hands and singhara in her hair, walked around the sacred fire for seven rounds as usual, and got married to herself. The ceremony was held at home. Pre-marriage rituals like the Haldi festival (applying the bride's body with turmeric mixed oil) and the sangeet festival were also performed on the same day. After the wedding, she will leave for Goa for a two-week honeymoon.

All the celebrations are there but the only difference is that there is no groom for the marriage. Perhaps this is also the first self-marriage in India. "A lot of people tell me that whoever I'm friends with is lucky," said the 24-year-old sociology student and blogger. "Then I tell them 'I'm the lucky one'". Bindu says that she is devoting her life to "self-love" by marrying herself.

"Self-marriage is a commitment to yourself. It allows you to choose the lifestyle and lifestyle you want and live a beautiful, happy life. It shows that I have accepted my various abilities, especially my weaknesses. That is what I see as weaknesses, whether mentally or physically, or emotionally. I think this marriage is a good way to show that I have accepted myself. I am trying to show that I have accepted myself. Whatever my good or bad [that I accepted]."

Her family also gave her their blessings and her friends also attended the event. "My mom used to say, 'Shah! You're always thinking of something new'. My parents were very open-minded. They said, 'As long as you're happy, we're fine with it,'" she added.

The idea of "marrying yourself" first became news when Carrie Bradshaw, a character in the hugely popular American soap opera Sex and the City, talked about it almost 20 years ago. But the series was a comedy. Since then, hundreds of such "marriages" have reportedly taken place, mostly by single women. Some brides get married in beautiful wedding dresses, carrying a bouquet of flowers, and sometimes cheering with family and friends. In one highly unusual case, a 33-year-old Brazilian model was "divorced" three months after her self-imposed "marriage".

Businesses around this have become popular in many parts of the world, and wedding packages include wedding rings, invitations, etc. But since such things are still unknown in India, Bindu's wedding has become the talk of the country. A mental health expert we spoke to seemed "surprised" at the reasons behind monogamy.

"It's a very strange concept to me," said Dr. Savita Malhotra, former dean, and professor of psychiatry at PGIMER Hospital in Chandigarh. "Everyone loves themselves. There is no need to create an external image to show it. It is something inherent to all of us. Also, marriage is the coming together of two people."

This news is also discussed on social media. Some praised her saying that she would be a role model for many. But many people found it difficult to understand the concept of monogamy. One surprised woman took to Twitter to question what the point of marriage is if no one else is involved. Another said Bindu seems to be trying to run away from her family responsibilities. Some criticized monogamy as "absurd and pathetic", and blamed it on "chronic narcissism".

Bindu has "only one thing" to say to her critics: "It's my decision to marry whoever I want, be it a man or a woman or myself. And by marrying myself, I want to normalize monogamy. I want to tell people, You came into this world alone and leave here alone. So who can love you more than you? If you fall, you have to pick yourself up."

Cheers!
